We provide salt-bath heat treatment, vacuum heat treatment, deep cryogenic treatment of knives, blades. All is in house.
We do quenching, tempering, annealing to control temperature and hardness of knife, this procedure will make knife more wear resistant and improve the steel performance.
In our factory, in order to reach the most appropriate hardness for different blades,each individual blade in our factory has to go through triple-tempered.
