Before heat-treatment, there is an important process called rough machining.
During this process ,redundant steel material will be removed from blades body to generate the preliminary shape of blades.
Lather,milling and planer machines tools are all used during rough machining in our factory .
For some special tools or high precision required blades, we come to CNC machine center to handle.
